Controller Forge is the artwork applier & mesher built for Polybar. Load your parts, slap your artwork on the whole guitar at once, blow it apart in 3D, and export AMS-painted 3MFs that open already colored in Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer.

Painting a Polybar build by hand in the slicer is slow: every part, every face, every color swap. Controller Forge does it for the whole guitar at once.
Pick the Explorer preset, drop in your Polybar STLs and the parts land in place on the assembled guitar. Put your logo, flames or full-body art on the front, and Forge projects it across every part. Each pixel snaps to a filament in your AMS, so what you see is what prints.
Your STL files and artwork stay on your device. Nothing gets uploaded to us.
One subscription unlocks every feature, on every device.
Disassemble the whole guitar in one smooth animation, or scrub it apart with a slider. See exactly how every part fits.
Built around the Polybar Nomad frame. Upload body, wings, faceplates, neck, headstock, frets and chassis. They auto-assemble.
Art lands only on the visible front surfaces, across every part at once. Hidden faces stay clean, so no wasted filament swaps.
Stack PNG, JPG and SVG layers. Move, scale, rotate, mirror and fade each one, or drag it straight onto the 3D guitar.
See your guitar in real filament colors only, exactly how it will come off the printer, before you waste a gram.
Per-triangle filament painting, the same data the slicer's paint tool saves. Opens already colored in Bambu Studio & OrcaSlicer.
Assembled necks and frets split back into their printable pieces, in the designer's original print orientation.
Up to 16 filament slots. Copy your filament list straight from a Bambu Studio project so the numbers always line up.
Move, rotate and scale gizmos, a Tinkercad-style view cube, ortho & perspective views. Save a placement once and it's reused.
Duplicate any uploaded part for variants and test prints, then export them all together.
Download every part as plain STL + painted 3MF in one zip, or all parts on one ready-to-slice plate.

An artwork applier and mesher for the Polybar guitar controller system. It assembles your Polybar parts in 3D, projects your artwork onto them, and exports multi-color 3MF files painted for your AMS.
Yes. Controller Forge is made for Polybar builds and works with the Polybar STL files you already have (the Explorer preset uses the Nomad frame). There's also a "MISC" mode for coloring any single STL, and a built-in demo guitar to try things out.
Painted 3MFs open in Bambu Studio and OrcaSlicer with colors mapped to your filament slots. Plain STLs are included too for any slicer.
